Strategic Communications for Higher Education and Non-Profits

Dr. Keung brings over 30 years of leadership experience in branding and marketing functions. He is a leader in media relations and strategic communications with immense experience and training in executive communications, crisis communications, and marketing/advertising. Previous roles in government relations, community outreach, and web development provide the framework for his advocacy for integrated communications. He is recognized for his expertise and counsel in high-profile strategic initiatives, crisis communications, ethnic media development, and community/government engagement. In addition to his professional endeavors, Keung has served on numerous nonprofit boards and committees including chairman of the board of directors for Pioneers USA, advisory council for the Chief of Police for the city of Fullerton, planning committee for the City of Fullerton Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast, and board member for both the La Mirada (chairman of the board) and Lakewood Chamber of Commerces.
